Class 10/4/10

During class we were able to experiment a bit with Smart Board and the programs it has to offer. Each of us were assigned a program and were able to create a simple activity to share with the class. Mine was "analog." I created a list of words and clues to go with each one. The computer then jumbled the letters of the words and it would be the students job to figure out what the correct word is. The clues are there to help students if they are having trouble figuring out what the word is. I was surprised at how easy the programs were to use. I've had very limited experience with Smart Board and didn't always see how great it was in comparison to other programs I've seen. However, getting to experience a little more with Smart Board gave me ideas for how I this program could be helpful with making a lesson more interactive, fun, and informative.
